When you attend the ACI Fall 2008 Convention in St. Louis, MO, I strongly suggest you find some time to visit the Pulitzer Foundation for the Arts. Designed by Tadao Ando of Osaka, Japan, this building is a masterpiece in concrete executed by general contractor BSI Constructors of St. Louis and architectural concrete partner Zera Construction of Niles, IL.
