Article: WIPO: Inventor in France Develops Filtration Medium Containing Grafted Lewis Base Molecules

GENEVA, Oct. 7 - Nabila Kourda of Genas, France, has developed a medium for the filtration.

According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention relates to a "medium for the filtration of a fluid containing molecules of a Lewis acid, wherein the medium comprises a fluid-porous textile substrate having molecules grafted thereto."

The invention carries International Patent Publication No. WO/2008/110680 on Sept. 18.

The patent has been assigned to Intissel, Wattrelos, France.
