WASHINGTON, Oct. 8 -- Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, D-Missouri, has introduced a bill (H.R. 7243) to "designate the Liberty Memorial at the National World War I Museum in Kansas City, Missouri, as the National World War I Memorial."
The bill was introduced on Oct. 2. It was referred to the House Natural Resources Committee.
