Build a House

Building the walls of a house

Carpenters build a wooden frame that acts like the skeleton of the house. Plumbers and electricians put in pipes and wires that carry water and electricity to whichever rooms they're needed. Workers fill the spaces between the wood with pink insulation. The insulation keeps the house warm in winter and cool in summer. It gets covered with special boards called drywall. All that's left now is to finish painting the walls.
