ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 15 -- Keiji Okumura of Osaka, Japan, has developed an image forming device.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention comprises a shunting roller, and when recording media, which is output from an image forming device main body, is stacked as a stack of recording media and staple processing is performed thereon, the shunting roller rotates so as to receive subsequent recording media P in the wrapping direction thereof, while the first stack of recording media undergoes staple processing.
