Article: Japanese Inventors Develop Light Source Estimation Apparatus

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 16 -- Koichiro Ishigami of Kanagawa, Japan, and Naoya Katoh of Chiba, Japan, have developed a light source estimating method.
