GENEVA, Oct. 16 - Heribert Decher of Barsinghausen, Germany, Walter Andre of Bomlitz, Germany, Zbigniew Parzelski of Wolfenbüttel, Germany, Marko Sander of Hohenhameln, Germany, Christian Seidel of Hannover, Germany, and Michael Heidkamp of Dedelstorf, Germany, have developed a device for the producing plastic molded skins.
