The Minnesota Republican Party issued the following news release:

Republican Party of Minnesota Chair Ron Carey released the following statement after filing Minnesota Government Data Practices Act requests with the Hennepin County and Ramsey County Elections Departments regarding ACORN activity in their counties. Both counties have publicly stated that they have received late registrations from ACORN in this election cycle.
