GENEVA, Oct. 17 - Ludovic Niguet of Valence, France, Stephane Collot of Chateaudouble, France, and Christian Roux of Montmeyran, France, have developed a detection device.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention relates to a "detection device including a body that comprises an electrical contact with at least two operational electric states and a mobile control member having at least two operational positions.
