YORBA LINDA

Construction is ramping up at a surgical center on Yorba Linda Boulevard a few miles from the Orange (57) Freeway. Congero Development LLC is building the Renaissance Surgical Center. The center plans to offer multiple outpatient services including cosmetic, orthopedic and spinal surgeries. The building will be 13,000 square feet with four operating rooms. Crews started work in July and hope to finish the building in early spring. The architect is Anthony C. Pings and Associates. Congero Development is in Laguna Niguel and specializes in licensed and accredited healthcare facilities. It is nearly finished ...
