Article: German nventors Develop Aluminum Orthophosphate Anticorrosive Pigments

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 24 -- Thomas Staffel of Grunstadt, Germany, Wahl Friedrich of Mannheim, Germany, and Angelika Metz of Weinheim, Germany, have developed an anticorrosive pigment of aluminum orthophosphate, their application as anticorrosive pigments in coating agents, as well as a method for their manufacturing, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office announced.

The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,438,881 on Oct. 21.
