GENEVA, Oct. 27 - Bohdan Raciborski of Redmond, Wash., has developed a unified support for solid state storage.

According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention relates to a "method for providing unified support for solid state storage, a solid state storage class driver is provided to enable uniform operating system access to a plurality of dissimilar solid state storage devices. A common functionality of the plurality of dissimilar solid state storage devices is abstracted via a solid state storage port driver."
