Sheridan College issued the following news release:

The second in the 2008-2009 Faculty Lecture Series will be presented in the CTEL at Sheridan College on Thursday, October 30 at 7 PM.

The Edward A. Whitney Endowed Nursing Chair at Sheridan College, Janice Stephens, RN, PhD will lecture on "Be Whole and CEO - Talk the Talk & Walk the Wellness Walk."

Dr. Stephens will introduce the audience to Wholistic Health Self-Leadership and Management principals. The lecture will guide the design, implementation and evaluation of personal health action plans. The audience will learn how to develop lifelong healthy habits and live a longer healthier life.
