ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 29 -- Thomas Joseph Larkner and Joseph Francis Tilp, both of Dubuque, Iowa, have developed a method for operating remote water dispensing devices.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A water dispensing device for dispensing water at a location remote from a water purification unit and methods of using the water dispensing device and methods of operating such remote water dispensing devices.
