The Kentucky Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet issued the following news release:

The Small Business Air Quality Compliance Advisory Panel presented three Small Business Air Quality Stewardship Awards to businesses at the Governor's Conference on the Environment, which was held in Lexington on Oct. 6 and 7.

Gallery NuLu, Louisville, was honored for its community leadership for the installation of a green roof and wall.

Hausner Hard-Chrome of Kentucky, located in Owensboro, won for its emissions control efforts, which included the installation of a new scrubber system for more efficient and effective control of emissions.
