To answer this, West Virginia University's Bureau of Business and Economic Research will issue its 2008 economic forecast for West Virginia at the 15th annual Economic Outlook Conference from 8 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Nov. 18 at the Charleston Marriott Town Center.
