The International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA) has paid tribute to the City of Lancaster's inaugural Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service by awarding it the coveted gold-level Haas & WilkersonPinnacle award for best volunteer program in the "under $250,000 budget" category.
Sponsored by industry leader Haas & Wilkerson Insurance, the professional competition drew 1,380 entries this year from among the world's top festivals and events.
