The Missouri Department of Economic Development issued the following news release:

The Missouri Department of Economic Development (DED) announced today that Air Products has been offered benefits under the Quality Jobs Act that will assist in the creation of 100 new jobs over the next five years and $27 million in new investment at a projected facility in St. Charles.

"This is exciting news for St. Charles and proof positive that Gov. Matt Blunt's Quality Jobs Act is working to enhance opportunities for all Missourians," said Garry Taylor, DED interim director. "I commend Air Products for seeking this assistance to help create good, family-supporting jobs in Missouri."
