Article: WIPO: Inventors in Massachusetts Develop Improved Nutritional Food Products

GENEVA, Nov. 5 - Steven Freedman of Brighton, Mass., and Deborah Ann Dasilva of Sount Easton, Mass., have developed an improved nutritional food products for improved digestion.

According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention directs to "novel food products, e.g., nutritional food products and infant formula, which contain one ore more enzymes selected from lipase, protease, and amylase that have been formulated/stabilized to have sustained stability in an aqueous medium."

The invention carries International Patent Publication No. WO/2008/127567 on Oct. 23.
