EL Paso County issued the following news release:
El Paso County officials are reviewing proposals from several providers to expand primary healthcare services available through the County Employees medical clinics in 2009. The plan will help the County keep its healthcare benefit costs under control while maintaining a valuable benefit for its employees.
According to Imad Karaki, Director of the El Paso County Community Services Department which includes, Employment, Benefits and Medical Services, "When we opened our first onsite clinic in 2004 it was a pioneering concept.
