In light of a recent report suggesting that many corporate Second Life sites have now become "ghost towns", the Internal Comms Hub approached two industry experts for their views.
The article on The Age website1 suggested companies hoping for online brand engagement might have been wasting their time. But virtual worlds are actually developing a strong foothold as internal business applications.
