ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 14 -- Roberto Osorio of Santiago de Compostela, Spain, Gauthier Lafruit of St. Lambrechts Woluwe, Spain, Eric Delfosse of Brussels, Belgium, and Jan Bormans of Korbeek-Lo, Belgium, have developed a method for transmitting digital signal.
