ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 14 -- Arun Ayyagari and Avi R. Geiger, both of Seattle, Jiandong Ruan and Timothy M. Moore, both of Bellevue, Wash., Anton W. Krantz of Kirkland, Wash., Abhishek Abhishek of Woodinville, Wash., and Warren V. Barkley of Mill Creek, Wash., have developed an apparatus for managing power in network interface modules.
