ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 15 -- Hector Montes Linares of Granada, Spain, has developed a resource reservation method for guaranteed quality of service.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method and system guarantees a certain throughput on the Abis interface of the base station for real time traffic.
