Gov. Dave Freudenthal, D-Wyo., issued the following news release:
The National Park Service should focus its attention on fully implementing the 2004 Temporary Rule recently put in place by U.S. District Court Judge Clarence Brimmer, and should only impose a different winter use plan for Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks if it can be made consistent with federal laws and regulations and sound science.
