The city of Reno issued the following news release:

The City of Reno's Clean and Green program benefits the entire region by encouraging recycling, cleaning up neighborhoods, and reducing illegal dumping.

In October, Reno residents turned out to clean up their neighborhoods, dispose of household trash and debris, and improve our quality of life by recycling. "It's great to see the community, people of all ages, come together to improve our community and focus on the environment," said Councilwoman Sharon Zadra.

Waste Management removed more than 5,300 total cubic yards of trash ...
