The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services today issued a final rule implementing provisions of the 2005 Deficit Reduction Act and the 2006 Tax Relief and Health Care Act that provide state Medicaid agencies with increased flexibility to impose premium and cost sharing requirements on certain Medicaid beneficiaries.
