Florida State Sen. Mike Fasano, R-New Port Richey (11th District), issued the following news release:
Senate President Pro Tempore Mike Fasano announces that Senate President Jeff Atwater and House Speaker Ray Sansom have put out a joint memo stating that the process to accept budget request from community organizations will not be open this year due to the current and projected shortfall in the state's budget.
