On June 17, 2008 Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC), licensee for the Cabin Creek Pumped-Storage Project, FERC No. 2351 filed an application to amend its license. The licensee is requesting Commission approval to delete from the license a 31-mile-long double-circuit 230-kV transmission line.
