The city of Virginia Beach issued the following press release:
Harvey L. Bryant, Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Virginia Beach, announced today that Kevin Young Schall, 41 years old, previously residing in the 1800 block of St. Denis Street, Norfolk, Virginia was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge Patricia L. West, on one (1) count of Robbery. Schall pled guilty to this charge on September 17, 2008. At sentencing today, Judge West ordered Schall to serve a total of thirty (30) years in the Virginia Department of Corrections. The Court then suspended seventeen (17) years and eleven months of his sentence, leaving Schall to serve twelve (12) years and one month. This term of active ...
