The office of the Prime Minister issued the following news release:

Today, Prime Minister Andrus Ansip met with the President and Prime Minister of Kosovo and declared the continuing support of Estonia towards the establishment of an independent and democratic Kosovo that values European values.

Prime Minister Ansip declared that Estonia does not see any alternatives to the independence of Kosovo. "Kosovo is an independent and complete country and is supported by Estonia as such," said Ansip. According to him, stability and peace in the West-Balkans is important for Estonia.
