National Dentex Corp. (NDX), one of the largest owners/operators of dental laboratories in the United States, has acquired Dental Art Laboratories Inc. of Lansing, Mich Dental Art had sales in excess of $75 million in its last fiscal year, which ended Dec 31, 2007. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
