Article: WIPO: Inventors in Germany Develop Fibre-Reinforced Hollow Bodies Production Method

GENEVA, Nov. 29 - Thomas Lippert of Augsburg, Germany, Helmut Michel of Esslingen, Germany, and Ulrich Strasser of Gersthofen, Germany, have developed a method for producing fibre-reinforced hollow bodies.

According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention relates to a "method for producing fibre-reinforced hollow bodies comprising integrally formed elements in a hollow mould."

The patent has been assigned to MT Aerospace AG, Augsburg.

The invention carries International Patent Publication No. WO/2008/119491 on Oct. 9.
