ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 17 -- Terry C. Tomt of Enumclaw, Wash., Bruce R. Davis of Seattle, Steven R. Jones of Sumner, Wash., and Richard G. Wire of Bonney Lake, Wash., have developed a method for testing coating presence.
