WIPO: Inventors in New York Develop Image Manipulating Method
GENEVA, Nov. 27 - Richard Mark Friedhoff of New York, and Casey Arthur Smith of Ithaca, N.Y., have developed a method for manipulating an image.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the present invention an "automated, computerized method for manipulating an image is provided.
