ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 8 -- Richard William Albrecht Jr. of Fairfield, Ohio, and Craig William Higgins of Liberty Township, Ohio have developed a high pressure turbine disk hub with curved hub surface. The patent has been assigned to General Electric Co., Schenectady, N.Y.
