ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- Christopher Edward Forsythe and Amy C. Keating, both of Denver, Matthew P. Cinelli of Loveland, Ohio, and Mark Andrew Komanecky of Cincinnati, have developed an ornamental design for a hair color kiosk, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office announced. The patent has been assigned to Procter & Gamble Co., Cincinnati.
The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. D581,692 on Dec. 2.
