Article: WIPO: Inventor in Great Britain Develops Fluid Flow Controlling Device

GENEVA, Dec. 9 - Richard Henry Howard Barr of Great Britain has developed a device for controlling the rate of flow of a fluid. The patent has been assigned to Centrax Ltd., Devon, Great Britain.

According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention relates to a "device for controlling the rate of flow of a fluid such as fluid which is diverted from a part of a human or animal body."

The invention carries International Patent Publication No. WO/2008/142371 on Nov. 27.
