ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- Helmut Michel of Esslingen, Germany, Wulf Radtke of Planegg, Germany, and Johannes Hegels of Munich, Germany, have developed a flat metal blank of metal. The patent has been assigned to MT Aerospace AG, Augsburg, Germany.
