The South Carolina Department of Commerce issued the following press release:
The Greenville Area Development Corporation and Ortec Inc. today announced completion of the company's second round of expansions and improvements at its manufacturing facility in Piedmont, Greenville County, S.C. The plan reflects a combined investment of $7.2 million investment by the company and the addition of some 30 jobs at the facility.
Ortec, Inc. was founded in 1980 and is a leading biomaterial and polymer technology company serving the personal care, medical device, and pharmaceutical markets. Headquartered in Easley, the company now employs over 200 people and has facilities in Easley, Piedmont, and ...
