ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 13 -- Michael Sean McGee of Round Rock, Texas, Mark R. Enstone of Austin, Texas, and Gregory T. Howard of Cedar Park, Texas, have developed a method for determining network adapter port ranking value.
