The Credit Crunch started 15 months ago. Yet until recently one notable feature of it had been that, unlike in earlier economic crises, companies had continued to travel. Recent figures from travel suppliers, however, suggest executives are finally putting their passports away. In September, British Airways' (BA) monthly passenger numbers slipped year-on-year with revenue passenger kilometres (RPKs) flown in economy class falling 4.1 per cent and in premium cabins by 8.6 per cent October continued the trend, with premium cabins tumbling 9.2 per cent and economy down 3.3 per cent
