Article: California Inventors Develop Position Determination Method Using Global Positioning Signal

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 17 -- Matthew Rabinowitz of Portola Valley, Calif., and James J. Spilker Jr. of Woodside, Calif., have developed a position determination method using global positioning signal.

The patent has been assigned to Rosum Corp., Mountain View, Calif.
