ORDER APPROVING HISTORIC PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT PLAN
(Issued December 24, 2008)
1. On April 1, 2008, Alabama Electric Cooperative, Inc. (licensee) filed an Historic Properties Management Plan (HPMP), pursuant to article 411 of the license. The Conecuh River Project (Project) is located on the Conecuh River, in Covington County, Alabama.
2. Article 411 requires the licensee to implement the Programmatic Agreement (PA) executed on January 9, 2006. The PA directs the licensee to file an HPMP for mitigating the project's ...
