WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Freshman Rep. Erik Paulsen, R-Minn., raised $2,755,628 toward his election campaign last year and spent $2,647,473, OpenSecrets.org reported. Paulsen has $108,154 cash on hand and no debt based on his last Federal Election Commission report (Nov. 24).

The Center for Responsive Politics reported that Paulsen's top contributors were:
