Article: SEN. BOND INTRODUCES BILL TO BAN HARSH INTERROGATION TECHNIQUES

The office of Sen. Christopher S. 'Kit' Bond, R-Mo., issued the following news release:

U.S. Senator Kit Bond, Vice Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee today introduced legislation that would ban harsh interrogation techniques, like waterboarding, without tying the hands of our terror-fighters.

"Broadcasting to al Qaeda and other terrorists exactly what techniques will be used in interrogating them is a recipe for failure," said Bond.
