For the record, my name is Julie Kitka; and I serve as President of the Alaska Federation of Natives. AFN is a statewide Native organization whose membership includes over 200 villages and tribes, 13 regional Native corporations and 12 regional nonprofit tribal consortia that contract and run federal and state programs.
