WASHINGTON, Jan. 22 -- Sen. Kit Bond, R-Missouri, has introduced the Limitations on Interrogation Techniques Act of 2009 (S. 248), legislation that would "prohibit the use of certain interrogation techniques."

The bill was introduced on Jan. 14. It was referred to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.
