ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- Three inventors from France have developed a chevron-type primary exhaust nozzle for aircraft turbofan engine. The inventors are Philippe Feuillard of Gardouch, France, Philippe Hemeury of Blagnac, France, and Christian Gerri of Fonsorbes, France. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,469,529 on Dec. 30, 2008.
The patent has been assigned to Airbus France, Toulouse, France. The original application was filed on March 24, 2005.
