The Arizona Small Business Association issued the following news release:

ASBA welcomes Donna Davis, a veteran business leader and entrepreneur, who will take the reins of the Arizona Small Business Association on February 2. She replaces Joan Koerber-Walker and hopes to elevate the group's profile.

The former Phoenix chapter president of the National Association of Women Business Owners was named CEO of ASBA Wednesday.

Davis said she is resigning as president and CEO of DIR Group, a Scottsdale-based meeting and event management company, effective Jan. 31.
